tg33 Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tg33 platform — including the website at tg33.bet, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any games, betting markets, or financial services offered through those interfaces — you enter into a legally binding agreement with tg33 and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the tg33 platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity. If you are accessing tg33 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these terms.

tg33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details held on file. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tg33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tg33 is strictly an 18+ platform and we do not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or play.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity for professional gambling or arbitrage purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tg33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person residing in the same household.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

tg33 conducts age verification at the point of registration using the mobile number provided. Full identity verification via National ID Card (NID) is required before any withdrawal above the standard threshold is processed. tg33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of tg33 services — including real-money betting, live casino games, slot play, and financial transactions — you must register a tg33 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the tg33 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify tg33 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that the duplicate can be closed without penalty.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg33 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. tg33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify tg33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• All registration information must be accurate and truthful — providing false information is a breach of these terms.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your contact information changes.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• tg33 reserves the right to close any account where the registration information is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the tg33 platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as bank transfer via select Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum limits for card and bank transfer deposits are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be reversed with the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 1 business hour during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Full KYC verification — including NID submission — is required before your first withdrawal and for withdrawals above a specified threshold. tg33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending the outcome of such review.

• Funds deposited into your tg33 account may only be used for betting and gaming activities on the platform.
• tg33 does not charge fees on standard MFS deposits or withdrawals, though your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 05.
• tg33 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times once the withdrawal has been initiated from the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the individual offer terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the individual offer terms and these general terms, the individual offer terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded by tg33 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback awards — are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer.

• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) contribute to meeting the bonus wagering requirement unless the individual offer terms state otherwise.
• Bets placed on games not listed as eligible in the individual offer terms do not count toward wagering requirements.
• A minimum odds threshold may apply to sports betting bonus wagering — this will be stated in the individual offer terms where relevant.
• tg33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered will continue on the terms under which they were issued.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or structuring bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.

tg33 reserves the right to modify the wagering requirements or validity period of any active bonus in response to evidence of systematic abuse of the bonus structure, and to apply such modifications retroactively where abuse is identified. Players who believe a modification has been applied unfairly may raise a dispute through the tg33 support team within 14 days of the modification.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the tg33 platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting rules, live casino rules, slots rules, and instant game rules — as published in the relevant section of the tg33 platform. These product-level rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read alongside the general terms set out here.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. tg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at tg33's discretion — any bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned. Settlement of sports betting markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing board for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures).

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the tg33 platform — whether RNG-based slots and table games, or live dealer games — use certified and independently audited systems to determine outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. tg33 does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of winnings in any casino game session.

• All bets are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• tg33 reserves the right to set maximum win limits on individual bets or game sessions.
• Technical issues that interrupt a game session mid-play will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published rules, with the session state restored where technically possible.
• All times referenced in bet settlement are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise stated.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where appropriate, the reporting of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the tg33 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. tg33 has AML obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or any other multi-player format offered on the platform.
• Match fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which betting markets are offered.
• System exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the tg33 platform or any game offered on it for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the tg33 platform without prior written approval from tg33.
• Bonus abuse: Structuring bets or using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms — see Section 05 for detail.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider for a tg33 deposit. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

tg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or a lawful direction from an authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, tg33 may withhold some or all of the balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, tg33 may forfeit the balance in its entirety or retain such portion as is necessary to cover losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach.

Voluntary account closure: You may request to close your tg33 account at any time by contacting the tg33 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the tg33 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion are available.
