01 Age Restriction Policy (18+)

tg33 also applies platform-wide maximum deposit thresholds to all accounts as a baseline protection measure. These platform limits exist independently of any personal limit you set and cannot be overridden. Individual player limits can only be set equal to or below the platform maximum — never above it.

04 Session Time Limits & Reality Checks

Session time limit options:

• Maximum session length: Set a hard limit on how long a single continuous login session can last. Available options range from 30 minutes to 8 hours. When the limit is reached, tg33 will display a responsible gaming message and log you out automatically.
• Reality check reminders: Choose to receive an on-screen notification every 30, 60, or 90 minutes during a session. The pop-up displays your total session time, net win/loss for that session, and options to continue or end the session.

05 Self-Exclusion Tools

Self-exclusion periods available:

What happens during self-exclusion: As soon as a self-exclusion is activated, your tg33 account is locked — you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or access your gaming history. All promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications are suspended for the duration of the exclusion. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

Reactivation after exclusion: For all exclusion periods except Permanent, your account can be reactivated after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
